AWGG brings the power of several download engines, including Wget, Aria 2 and Axel, to a single download manager. It is capable of downloading large amounts of data quickly and it places many useful features at your disposal. You can pause and resume downloads, schedule them, categorize everything and more. The application will make everything considerably easier when you wish to download large files from the Internet.

The software is compatible with all popular Windows versions and it is offered completely free of charge. It comes in a small package and it can be installed quickly, without making any complex settings along the way. The hardware requirements are modest and there is no need to install any prerequisite tools or services.

AWGG works like most download managers on the market. All you have to do is provide a download link and the application will download your data right away. It comes with a clipboard monitoring feature, so you can just copy a download link and hit the "New download" button, on the main user interface and everything will be ready, on a small window. Besides starting a download right away, you can make a few preparations, like changing the destination folder or adding the download to a queue, without starting it.

Downloading operations are listed in the largest part of the user interface, along with various details, like size, speed, remaining time and so on. To make everything easier to find, the software places various filters at your disposal, for showing only active or inactive downloads, completed or paused ones and others. Furthermore, you can organize your downloads in various categories, like "compressed", "programs", "images" and many others.

Another aspect that is definitely worth mentioning is the fact that AWGG doesn't get in your way like other download managers do. When you click a download link in your browser, the operation will start normally. Of course, if you want AWGG to take over your downloads automatically, you may open up its configurations panel and enable a plug-in for Mozilla Firefox.

Downloading large amounts of data quickly, with as little effort as possible is exactly what you can do with AWGG.

Pros

AWGG is capable of downloading data quite fast. It lets you queue downloads and schedule them. Its controls are well organized and easy to understand.

Cons

The application can only integrate with Firefox.
